At the time of this proclamation, Joshua gathered all the tribes of Israel to challenge the people with the utmost freedom to decide once and for all who they would serve. God listens to our prayers and knows our hearts better than we do. We might be feeling excited, elated, or maybe even apprehensive about the coming changes in our lives that a new home would bring, but we must always keep in mind that God is with us, and He will never fail us. It takes a lot to build a house, but it takes even more to build a home so let wisdom, understanding, knowledge, and love always be present in our homes so that joy can prosper greatly.
